SSF Admissions 2021-22 Notice-Std. 5

Online Registration Process for Std.5

  All Batches are full for Std. 5  
 
  • The registration process for SSF Standard 5 for academic year 2021–22 is ONLINE.
  • The registration link will be activated on 03 April 2021 at 10:00 am.
  • Each field is mandatory in the Registration Form.
  • Be ready with the following details before filling up the form:
    First Name, Last Name, School Name, Mobile No., Email, Student’s Date of Birth (DoB)
  • Kindly fill up correct details of your child in the online Registration form. If any information is found incorrect, it can lead to cancellation of registration.
  • Children studying in Standard 4, during academic year 2020-21is eligible to apply for admission in SSF Standard 5.
  • This is just a registration process and does not confirm admission to the programme.
  • Admission will be confirmed only after the payment of fee and verification of documents at VASCSC.

  • Once a batch is full, the link for that particular batch will become inactive.
  • After the submission of Registration form, Acknowledgement Receipt will be generated.This Acknowledgement Receipt will be displayed on your Computer/laptop/Mobile screen as well as it will be mailed on your Registered e-mail Id.
  • Only the generated Acknowledgement Receipt will be considered valid and no other proof of efforts will be entertained to ascertain the registration.
  • VASCSC shall not be responsible for any delays/failure to register due to poor network, poor connectivity, slow speed of internet, server issues or any other issues.
  • VASCSC is planning to conduct the sessions of SSF 2021-22 in physical mode.However, due to unforeseen circumstances if sessions can’t be organised in physical mode, online sessions will be conducted. The schedule and other details for online sessions will be shared accordingly.
Please note, SSF sessions will be conducted either in physical mode or online mode depending on Government guidelines issued at that time.
 

Fee Payment

  • Documents in hard copy, needed at the time of Fee Payment at VASCSC:
    • SSF Acknowledgment Receipt
    • Report card/ fee receipt and Aadhar card or Birth certificate clearly mentioning the Name, Current standard and Date of Birth of the student
  • Payment can be done through Cash, Card or Cheque drawn in favour of 'VIKRAM A SARABHAI COMMUNITY SCIENCE CENTRE' payable at Ahmedabad
  • After generation of the Acknowledgement Receipt, programme fee should be paid between 3rd April 2021 to 8th April 2021 to confirm the admission.

Timings @VASCSC for fee submission

  • Tue - Sat: 10:00 am - 12.30 pm and 2:30 - 5: 00 pm;
  • Sun : 10:00 am - 12.30 pm
  • The Centre remains closed on Mondays

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. The batch mentioned in the online Acknowledgement Receipt will not be changed under any circumstances
  2. Seats will not be reserved under any circumstances
  3. Fee submitted is neither refundable nor transferrable.
VASCSC reserves the right for admission. In case of any dispute, VASCSC's decision shall be final and binding.
