Online Registration Process for Std.5

• The registration process for SSF Standard 5 admission for academic year 2023–24 is ONLINE.
• The registration link will be activated on 4^th March 2023 at 10:00 am.
• Each field is mandatory in the Registration Form.
• Be ready with the following details of the participant before registration:
  First Name, Last Name, Name of School, Date of Birth (DoB)
• Also you have to register your Mobile No. (whatsapp enabled) and Email Id for future communication.
• Children studying in Standard 4, during academic year 2022-23 are eligible to apply for admission in SSF Standard 5.
• NOTE: This is just a registration process and does not confirm admission to the SSF programme.
• Admission will be confirmed only after the payment of fee and verification of documents at VASCSC.
• Participant has to choose ANY ONE batch time from the ten options available.
• Once a batch is full, the link for that particular batch will become inactive.
• After the submission of Registration form, Acknowledgement Receipt will be generated. This Acknowledgement Receipt will be displayed on your Computer/laptop/Mobile screen (You can take a screen shot of that). It will also be mailed on your Registered email Id.
• Only the generated Acknowledgement Receipt will be considered valid and no other proof of efforts will be entertained to ascertain the registration.
• VASCSC shall not be responsible for any delays/failure to register due to poor connectivity, slow speed of internet, server issues or any other issues.
• Kindly fill up correct details of your child in the online Registration form. If any information is found incorrect, it can lead to cancellation of registration.

Fee Payment

• Documents in hard copy, needed at the time of Fee Payment at VASCSC:
  • SSF Acknowledgment Receipt
  • School report card/ fee receipt and Aadhar card or Birth certificate clearly mentioning the Name, Current standard and Date of Birth of the student
• Payment can be done through Cash, Card or Cheque drawn in favour of 'VIKRAM A SARABHAI COMMUNITY SCIENCE CENTRE' payable at Ahmedabad
• To confirm the admission, programme fee should be paid between 4 to 7 March 2023, after Acknowledgement Receipt is generated.

Timings @VASCSC for fee submission

• Tue to Sat: 10:00 am - 12.30 pm and 2:30 - 5: 00 pm;
• Sun : 10:00 am - 12.30 pm
• The Centre remains closed on all Mondays

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. The batch mentioned in the online Acknowledgement Receipt will not be changed under any circumstances
2. Seats will not be reserved under any circumstances
3. Fee submitted is neither refundable nor transferrable. In exceptional cases of cancellation, 10% of the fee amount will be deducted.
